By using the NOMZ YouTube management application ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

2. Description

The Service enables automated video publishing and comment management on the NOMZ YouTube channel via the YouTube Data API.

3. User Responsibilities

• You must have the authority to manage the connected YouTube channel.
• You agree to comply with YouTube's Terms of Service and Google Privacy Policy.
• You will not use the Service for spam, harassment, or any prohibited activity.

4. Limitations

The Service is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to API outages, rate limits, or content moderation actions by YouTube.

5. Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time. We will provide reasonable notice of material changes.
